Free Wash & Vacuum
No matter who you are or what you do, a clean car is always nice to drive, especially when 1.) you don’t have to do it yourself and 2.) It’s complimentary. This is a little touch that goes a long way to reflect our clients that we value delighting them. Nothing is better when you get your car back from a service, and know that it is cared for – it simply feels better on the road and looks new with a wash, vac and tyre shine.
Courtesy Car
If you can’t get a hold of alternative transport, let our relationship ambassadors or service advisors know, and we’ll make sure you're on the road again with one of our courtesy cars. Our fleet of cars will ensure that your temporary drive will be comfortable, easy to park and zippy around town.
Comfortable Waiting Lounge
Most of our dealers feature a reception lounge or a dedicated service reception. Relax while your vehicle is being serviced and enjoy, tea, coffee, cold beverages, free WiFi, a range of magazines and newspapers, and television to ensure that if in the case you do have to wait, you have all the creature comforts on hand.

As well as being able to deliver the scheduled factory servicing and maintenance required on your vehicle, most of our dealerships can also offer the following services.
Factory-Scheduled Servicing
We complete all servicing to factory and warranty standards through brand-approved diagnostic tools. During a normal service, you car’s fluids and filters are replaced while brakes,suspension, tyres and timing are checked. We also carry out a 30-point safety check to ensure that your car is fit for varying New Zealand road conditions.
Wheel Alignments
Wheel alignments are important to the handling of your car – they also improve fuel economy and extend tyre life. During this service, we measure current castor, camber and toe and then adjust accordingly. Some common problems when wheel alignment is out are steering – vibrations or pulling left of right; tyre wear – uneven, feathering or flat spots.
Tyres
Tread and tyre pressure are two critical factors to tyre safety. Tyres are a routine check with all vehicle services.
Air-Conditioning
Car Air-Conditioning systems need servicing approx. Every two years (most air conditioning systems approx. 10-15% per year of refrigerant gas. This service involves discharging, recharging and lubricating your system. Also testing your air-conditioning compressor oil if applicable and changing if necessary. Lastly, an anti-bacterial treatment is used to rid of any bacteria within the A/C lines making you air conditioning more hygienic and a lot friendlier on the nose.
Engine Flush
This service is designed to keep your engine functioning as it did the day it left the factory. Once your engine oil has been drained during your annual service, we connect Bilstein machine and pump a heated detergent solution through the oil reservoir and throughout the engine.The solution then breaks up and dissolves any sludge, gunk and debris within the engine and flushes it out. This will optimise your fuel economy and prolong the life of your engine. Recommended every two years.
