A rare opportunity has arisen in the Giltrap Group within our Porsche Service Department.
We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to greet our customers, assess their needs, provide clear and concise information to our Automotive Technicians and once all work is completed relay the repair details to the vehicle owner.
Requirements
- A keen interest in Porsche and a positive attitude towards work.
- Premium service experience.
- An exceptional personality with ability to be calm under pressure.
- Well-spoken with a natural ability to build and maintain outstanding customer relationships.
- Hands on retailer who understands how to maximise opportunities.
- Highly motivated and well organized with a high degree of common sense.
- A proactive approach and a desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office including internet selling skills.
- Full Drivers Licence is essential.
- Ability to work weekend rosters.
- A cheerful nature and good sense of humour are also essential
You will be required to book jobs and monitor progress through our Dealerpro Dealer Management System so computer skills are a must. The ability to prioritise daily operations, work with the workshop foreman and so keep the workshop running smoothly and efficiently is essential. We need someone who can offer our customers the experience they expect when owning a Porsche. You will also be carrying out initial documentation for warranty repairs and liaising with the Parts Department to ensure parts are ordered and processed in a timely manner. You will also need to collect and deliver customers vehicles as and when required.
