The Giltrap Group is a strong, successful and highly respected New Zealand owned business, founded in 1966 by Sir Colin Giltrap. It includes a wholesale division, finance company and a retail division that represents 17 brands in 13 locations across Auckland. Giltrap Nissan is one of NZ's most recognized and respected dealerships.
This is a rare chance to take over an existing and profitable Customer Base of over 500 Clients. The successful applicant will be adept in customer retention and account management and possess the skill-set to take this opportunity to the next level. Ideally, you will excel in New Fleet Sales and Retail but if you have the right expertise outside of the vehicle industry but not essential.
You will be part of a motivated team of professionals who are dedicated to providing our customer's service that is second to none. The vehicle industry is exciting, dynamic and rewarding, and can offer the right candidate genuine progression opportunities in the future.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Commitment to developing a long-term career
Proven relationship management experience
The ability to work an existing Database to realise its full potential
A willingness to develop and be part of a strong team culture
Exceptional personal presentation
A focus on providing a customer experience that is second to none
Excellent communication skills
A full clean & valid NZ Drivers Licence
This is a full-time role and will require some weekend work.
