Position Title: Part Time Receptionist (every second Saturday)
Reports To: Assistant Accountant / Financial Controller
Direct Reports: N/A
Primary Objectives:
· To at all times uphold the ethics and integrity of the Giltrap Group and Giltrap Motor Group Ltd.
· To at all times ensure that customer satisfaction is first and foremost, and as such all issues are treated as urgent.
· To at all times behave in such a manner that will not bring disrepute to Giltrap Motor Group Ltd.
· To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Report all customer complaints/satisfaction issues in accordance with the ISO guidelines which Giltrap Motor Group Ltd adheres to.
· To engender a supportive team environment across all departments.
Responsibilities:
· Answering all incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner (guideline within 4 rings)
· Greeting customers upon their arrival to the reception area
· Dealing with customers as regards the groom (valet) of their vehicles
· Providing frontline support and customer service to a very high standard
· Interacting with, and assisting, other departments where required, time permitting
· Maintaining the main reception and café areas to a very high standard (including keeping the café area clean and tidy, emptying the bins and cleaning the coffee machine)
· Any other duties that may be required by the “manager of the day” from time to time
