Porsche Festival of Speed

Porsche Festival at Hampton Downs

A couple of highlights form the weekend.

A Record number of Porsche hit the track at Hampton Downs last weekend. Everything from the iconic 356 to the Cayenne (and everything in-between).

Check out this iconic Carrera that featured down at the track.

Brendan Hartley took pole position and led the charge as 404 Porsche did a lap of the track. It was an awesome sight.

Brendon Hartley and Earl Bamber hit the track in the 98 WSC LMP1 Prototype and the 1977 935 respectively.  Both cars had been brought in from the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart and looked as fresh as the day they first hit the track. The revs were high and the gear changing echoed off the walls – outstanding.
