We are also happy to announce that the Volkswagen Service App version 3.0 is online and available for users to download. Volkswagen AG has given the App a complete facelift and upgraded many features in time for the summer.
The upgrades you can expect to see in version 3.0 will be:
- iOS7 compatibility & optimisation
- App theme redesigned to comply with the latest Volkswagen Corporate Identity for digital.
- Side menu accessible from the main dashboard for quicker navigation
- User can customise the main dashboard via new drag & drop abilities
- Accident Report & My Car sections have been redesigned
- Reminder function allows service appointments to be added to the user’s phone calendar
- PUSH functionality where helpful tips, competitions & service/sales offers can be pushed direct to the user’s phone. (Volkswagen NZ will control this feature for nationwide initiatives)
